“Both my wife and I had no previous experience with Static caravan parks. But when we first visited Northcliffe and Seaview Holiday Park, purely just to view it, we were absolutely blown away. Stunning views, looking down over the North sea. It’s ideally placed, close to the cliff tops and Cleveland Way footpath along with the cinder track to Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. We found the sites all so clean, tidy and so well maintained with lots of little amenities. The Office and Maintenance staff are all so warm, welcoming, friendly and happy to help. We so look forward to spending many Summers evenings relaxing on our decking with views to die for. We can’t fault the site, and are delighted that it has now become part of our life.”

We love being owners at Northcliffe and Seaview and love visiting every weekend under normal circumstances. We really enjoy getting away from it all at the weekend and relaxing. The Park is always exceptionally clean and tidy, a wonderful place to visit. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble if we need a hand with anything. Reception is always welcoming.

We cannot wait for the new season to start, it's a truly fantastic place to spend time and relax at the weekend and holiday time and buying a caravan on your site has been the best decision we have made.

Northcliffe and Seaview Park is certainly ideally located on the glorious North Yorkshire coast. The peace and tranquility of the site are complemented by the hustle and bustle of Whitby, and lesser so with Robin Hood's Bay - only short car drives away - or a bit further by foot!

The pristine site grounds and facilities are all extremely well managed. A busy, dedicated Park workforce ensure season round maintenance of the highest order.

We find all the staff, both in the office and outside, very helpful, obliging, friendly and efficient. 

We have had a static caravan now for 14 years and have enjoyed every single year. We find the caravan site is run very efficiently, it must be the envy of the other caravan sites on the Yorkshire coast. 

We love having our caravan on this site its spotless, very well maintained and has very friendly staff.

Great walks, fantastic bird life, immaculate facilities throughout. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, never intrusive - ‘it’s not a jungle but certainly a happy place’.

We have just experienced our first trip to Northcliffe site and all I can say that the whole experience was fabulous from the other residents to the staff and the cleanliness of the site.

I cannot recommend the site enough and hope to have many happy seasons here. Everyone and everything from start to finish was easy an easy process 

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, spotlessly clean, All the little extra touches made us feel so welcome and safe in these uncertain times. Amazing views all around. Excellent service and information from booking our holiday onwards. Looking forward to our next holiday.

Very high standard of cleanliness and good selection of kitchen equipment. The bed is the most comfortable we have used in any apartment and caravans. Loved the decking area and furniture very warm and cosy, great shower room. We had a really lovely time and cant wait to stay again.

Just love everything about Northcliffe from the immaculate light & airy living space to the fabulous views and glorious sunsets. In the face of many new challenges you provide a professional approach giving us confidence of a safe environment in which we can truly relax - We will be back....

This is the 4th year we’ve stayed at Northcliffe in a super luxury caravan in the October half term. Lovely, clean site, great onsite cafe, park and a new addition; the adventure golf. Amazing walks on the doorstep and scenic views. Caravans are always clean and well equipped to a high standard. Bike storage also a bonus. Only negative feedback is even with a booster, the wifi signal is non existent, as is the phone signal on site. Also could do with an extra shelf in the ovens as cooking meals in the caravan is difficult with only one shelf. Hope to stay again next year Highly recommend!!

Fabulous weekend in Lemon Cottage, beautiful inside with a sun trap courtyard. Very well equipped with high quality products. Comfortable beds, great welcome pack. We have been staying in the Sea Pad for years, first time in the Cottage. Would stay again!!

Stayed at the Northcliffe holiday site for four nights in a Burgundy luxury van. We found everything in the van very clean and well equipped. Very helpful and friendly staff on site. We used the onsite cafe a couple of times and thought the food good and staff very friendly and obliging. Would certainly stay again as the site is very quiet and clean. I would recommend this excellent site for families as there is a lot in the area to enjoy.
